At BVHC, we believe everyone deserves access to comprehensive reproductive health services, regardless of their ability to pay. That’s why we accept Title X funding—a federal program that helps us provide essential low-cost or no-cost services like contraceptive care, cancer screenings, STI testing and treatment, and other preventive health services. With Title X support, we can reduce financial barriers and ensure more people in our community can access the care they need.

However, Title X funding comes with rules and regulations that we follow. Because Title X explicitly prohibits the use of these funds for abortion services, our clinic must navigate a complex landscape to offer both Title X-funded care and abortion services. This means maintaining strict financial, operational, and service-based separations, which is costly and administratively demanding.

Your donations directly help us bridge this gap. While Title X allows us to provide many critical services, it does not cover the full spectrum of reproductive health care that our patients need, especially abortion care. With your support, we can continue to offer comprehensive, compassionate care without compromise.
